These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website thebloom.guru ("Site") operated by The Bloom Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Bloom Team provides product engineering services including but not limited to mobile application development, web platform development, AI-enabled product development, enterprise software engineering, internal tools and dashboard creation, and workflow automation. All service engagements are subject to separate agreements between The Bloom Team and the client.
When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, you provide us with personal information including your name, email address, company name, project details, budget range, timeline preferences, and inspiration references. By submitting the form, you consent to us using this information solely to evaluate your inquiry and initiate a conversation about your project. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your submission. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a contractual obligation from either party.
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, SVG illustrations, animations, and design elements—is the property of The Bloom Team and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent. The Bloom Team name, logo, and the tagline "Build. Evolve. Bloom." are trademarks of The Bloom Team.
Any engagement for services, including Dedicated Build Teams, End-to-End Product Builds, Fractional Architecture or Rescue work, and White-Label Engineering, will be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. These Terms do not constitute an offer or agreement to provide services. Budget ranges indicated on the inquiry form are for preliminary assessment only and do not represent binding quotes.
We understand the sensitive nature of product ideas and business plans. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request. Information shared through the inquiry form or in subsequent conversations will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
The case studies and project descriptions presented on the Site represent anonymized or authorized summaries of past engagements. Specific metrics, outcomes, and industry references are shared with the knowledge and consent of the respective clients. These are provided for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee similar results.
Our Site uses third-party services including Google Fonts for typography rendering and SendGrid for email delivery of inquiry form submissions. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

The Bloom Team operates on a selective engagement basis. We reserve the right to decline any project inquiry at our discretion. The statement "Selectively available" on the Site indicates that our capacity for new engagements is limited and subject to current workload and project fit.
If you provide URLs or links to external websites through the inspiration link field or any other communication, we access those solely as reference material for understanding your project vision. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any external websites.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
